(Warngau near Munich) PRIMUS DELPHI GROUP has developed an Add-On for Oracle E-Business Suite 11i, to transmit the European Sales List by mail via XML.

Companies, selling goods or services within the European Union, are committed to present its sales figures in the European Sales List at the Federal Central Tax Office.

So far, the European Sales has to be transmitted on a quarterly basis, but due to a change of legislations, from July 2010 the sales figures have to be reported monthly to the Federal Central Tax Office.
 
The reduced deadline can increase the efforts within the accounting departments significant. For the E-Business Suite Release 12, Oracle provides its customers with a localization, meeting the requirements of the Federal Central Tax Office concerning Intra-EU-Tax transactions. But this localization is not available for Release 11i and according to Oracle not planed yet.

Therefore PRIMUS DELPHI GROUP has developed an own European Sales List solution for Oracle E-Business Suite 11i, creating XML data and validating it against the scheme file. The European Sales List solution will comply with the requirements of the authorities and is differing company revenues into revenues from selling goods, selling services and miscellaneous receipts. Intra-Community triangular business will be identified by special VAT codes.
