A smartphone instead of paper: Digitize paper-based processes with Oracle ERP software

The customer likewise grants its approval directly on the mobile device. In this way, the performance data is immediately available without a time lag in the ERP system for the invoicing process. As a result of the always current, real-time information about the actual fulfillment level for the services to be provided, resources can be managed in a demand-oriented way. This creates transparency and allows for flexible responses to unforeseen changes. In addition, the intuitively operated application for a tablet or smartphone offers a high degree of user acceptance.
