4. System operator/ Hosting

Our website is hosted by PRIMUS Solutions AG, Bergfeldstr. 9, D-83607 Holzkirchen.This service provider collects and stores the following information for us, which your terminal automatically transmits:

  • Browser type/version
  • Operating system used
  • Referrer URL (the previously visited page)
  • IP address of your terminal
  • Time of the server request


We use this information exclusively for optimisation and error analysis. A comparison with other data stocks or a passing on to third parties, also in excerpts, does not take place. We reserve the right to subsequently check these data in the event of suspicion of illegal use of our website and to pass them on to authorised third parties. The data will be deleted automatically after 30 days at the latest.

5.3 Cookies

Our website uses Cookiebot's cookie-consent technology to obtain your consent to the storage of certain cookies on your device and to document them in accordance with data protection regulations. The provider of this technology is Cybot A/S, Havnegade 39, 1058 Copenhagen, Denmark (hereinafter referred to as “Cookiebot”).

5.4.1 eTracker

The provider of this website uses the services of etracker GmbH, Hamburg, Germany (www.etracker.com) to analyse usage data. We do not use cookies for web analysis by default. If we use analysis and optimisation cookies, we will obtain your explicit consent separately in advance. If this is the case and you agree, cookies are used to enable a statistical range analysis of this website, a measurement of the success of our online marketing measures and test procedures, e.g. to test and optimise different versions of our online offer or its components. Cookies are small text files that are stored by the Internet browser on the user's device. etracker cookies do not contain any information that could identify a user.

The data generated by etracker on behalf of the provider of this website is processed and stored by etracker solely in Germany by commission of the provider of this website and is thus subject to the strict German and European data protection laws and standards. The data processing is based on Art. 6 Section 1 lit f (legitimate interest) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). 5.4.2 Google Tag Manager

This website uses the Google Tag Manager. This service allows website tags to be managed through an interface. The Google Tag Manager only implements tags. This means that no cookies are used and no personal data is collected. The Google Tag Manager triggers other tags, which in turn collect data if necessary. However, the Google Tag Manager does not access this data. If a deactivation has been made at domain or cookie level, it remains valid for all tracking tags if they are implemented with the Google Tag Manager.

5.4.3 Google AdWords Conversion Tracking

As a Google AdWords customer, we use Google conversion tracking, an analytics service from Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”). If you access our website after clicking on a Google ad, Google AdWords places a cookie (“conversion cookie”) on your computer system. These cookies lose their validity after 30 days and are not used to identify users personally. If you visit specific pages of our website and if the cookie has not yet expired, we and Google will be able to tell that someone has clicked on the ad and so was forwarded to our page. Every AdWords customer receives a different cookie. That means cookies cannot be tracked via the websites of AdWords customers. The information collected by the conversion cookie is used to create conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have opted-in for conversion tracking. AdWords customers are informed about the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were forwarded to a page with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not obtain any information enabling them to identify users personally.If you do not wish to participate in tracking, you can object to its use by preventing installation of the cookies by means of a setting in your browser software (deactivation option). 5.4.4 YouTube Links

We provide links to YouTube videos, which are stored on https://www.youtube.com on our website. When you play the videos the data mentioned in paragraph 2 will be transmitted. We have no influence on this data transmission.

By visiting the website, YouTube receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding subpage of our website. Additonal data will be transmitted. This takes place regardless of whether YouTube provides a user account via which you are logged in or whether no user account exists. If you are logged in to Google, your data will be directly assigned to your account. If you do not want your data to be associated with your YouTube profile, you must log out before activating the button. YouTube stores your data as usage profiles and uses them for the purposes of advertising, market research and/or designing its website in line with requirements. Such an evaluation is carried out in particular (even for users who are not logged in) to provide needs-based advertising and to inform other users of the social network about your activities on our website. You have the right to object to the creation of these user profiles, and you must contact YouTube to exercise this right.

6. Contacting us

When contacting or communicating with us, e.g. by email or via contact form on our website, the data you provide (your email address, if applicable your name and your telephone number, or personal data submitted during the conversation) will be stored and processed by us in order to answer your questions, requests or for the purpose of business related correspondence. We delete the data arising in this context once storage is no longer necessary, unless statutory retention obligations exist or periods of limitation must be observed.

We transfer the collected data to the relevant internal departments for processing and to other affiliated companies within the PRIMUS DELPHI GROUP or to external service providers, contract processors (e.g. hosting, service providers) in accordance with the purposes required (e.g. for establishing contacts, business related correspondence and customer care).

7. Information to contract partner

The data protection information is provided to contractual partners and prospective contractual partners with whom PRIMUS DELPHI GROUP GmbH will conclude a contract. You are obliged to provide your data. This obligation results from the contract or the preliminary contract.

PRIMUS DELPHI GROUP GmbH needs your data in order to be able to check your contract offer and/or to conclude the contract with you. Your data is collected in order to either check your contract offer and decide on an acceptance (pre-contractual obligation) or to be able to conclude and execute a contract with you. Your data will be processed on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO (contract or pre-contract). Your personal data will be transmitted to:

  • the competent department of PRIMUS DELPHI GROUP GmbH.
  • a transfer of your data to third parties only takes place if the data transfer has been contractually agreed or you have given your prior consent or if we are legally obligated to do so
  • commissioned service providers (order processors).

Our service providers have access to the data for these processing activities.
It is not planned to transfer your personal data to a third country/international organization.

Data is deleted after a contract/pre-contract has been terminated in compliance with the statutory retention periods, in relation to business letters after six years, in relation to tax-relevant documents after ten years, unless contract data must be retained beyond this because it is required in order to assert warranty rights or other legal claims.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information on the Internet is not completely secure, which is why we cannot guarantee the security of the data transmitted to our website via the Internet.
